A useful history
Racing-yard knowledge, retraining observations and approved life updates build a record over time.
Traceability & Support
Their story stays connected.
A lasting record, with the right information available to the right people.
Privacy throughout
Yards see approved progress. Keepers see relevant records for their own horses. Newform reviews material before any public use.
Support when life changes
Contact Newform before an onward transfer, or when health, welfare or home circumstances mean you need help.
If a placement needs to change
We will discuss the circumstances and an appropriate route. This may include a possible buy-back at a newly assessed value, or managed rehoming with the current owner remaining financially responsible and an agreed fee from a later sale.
Any buy-back value may be lower, taking account of health, soundness, condition and circumstances. Immediate repurchase or physical return cannot be guaranteed. The arrangements must be agreed with Newform.
